We export animal supplementation feed products to many countries and have completed the registration process many times, however, all the paperwork we submitted to the Chinese Embassy came back rejected and therefore we are looking for a service who will take our information and format it to comply with Chinese regulations. Dear Manjoy, In the past, if a supplier is not qualified to apply for Form E(either because they don’t have export license, or even though they have export license, but they have not applied with inspection and quarantine bureau for the qualification to issue certificate of origin), you can ask a shipping agent to issue a form E with 2 shipper. However, the shipping agent we have been working with informed us a few months ago, that customs in Thailand don’t accept Form E with 2 shippers. So if the products are not exported yet, we can help with export, then we can issue the Form E under the name of our company. If the products are exported, if the supplier have the license to export, you should urge them to apply for qualification of issuing certificate of origin, it normally can be got within 5 days or so. Dear Catharine, It depends on products, in China, we have a HS code system of custom, if you can check there, you will know what restriction and condition you need to meet to export, then to import in China. A few tips:

I am looking to import frozen animal based and vegetarian products(dim sun and other finger foods) from China. It might become an ongoing and regular occurance in the future. Would it be possible to find out which documents are required to get the ball rolling? Should the exporting company be the one sorting out all the documents for exit of the country or should the importer deal with that.
