They are scammers i have given them more than $20k but haven't got anything in return no prototype no sketches or anything.

Feb 9, 2023Do NOT give any information to this company. They followed up 9 mo the later and the employee harassed me to the point of me having to block the number they were texting from. It was disturbing and scary. I let their managers know and heard nothing back which tells me this is acceptable and encouraged behavior.

Dec 24, 2022DO NOT DEAL WITH Davisons, they are scammers. They will tell you you're idea is great and that they have major retailers etc they deal with and have contacts in your industry. They will call you lots at the beginning and once you hand over money they do nothing with it and lead you along saying they are working on it and they don't. DO NOT give them money or even engage with them.

Dec 8, 2023I have been with Davison for several years. My invention was picked up by a disturbutor and is now on Amazon, QVC, Target, and Walmart.
The process takes time.

I am a disabled man who had an idea that I thought would work out, I believed in Davison at first, but decided to shop around, only paid $200.00 into a $895.00 agreement, a couple of years have gone by and Davison contacted me dropping the agreement to $595.00 if I continued to pay into my new agreement, I wouldn’t sign and requested my $200.00 back since I decided to seek other avenues. Davison has not even answered the 3 emails I sent requesting my $200.00
returned because I’m on disability and need the funds, when they want your money they will hound you but to get your funds you don’t even get a response. No $200.00 isn’t a lot but it’s the principle, nor was there any language that I seen in my agreement that I would forfeit the funds.

If you are thinking of using Company please avoid them at all costs, they are just scammers that want to get your hands on your money. if you have a idea they promise they will design a sample which 9 times out of 10 is nothing what you asked for, as they do not have the skills to do this. what you will receive is a very poor and cheap version of what you asked for.
My sample was terrible nothing at all like my idea, looked like something a small child had built.i had this sample sent over to me which arrived in broken pieces which they refuse to do anything about. the worst thing about this Company is they drain you of thousands of Dollars with no results. they say they present the sample to a manufacteur which they charge you thousands, we asked them what happens
if our idea gets turned down and they told us they just keep trying with other Company's but what they do not tell you is they want thousands of Dollars from you each time they do this, absolute scammers they will just drain you of your money.
we paid them around 9'000 Dollars with shocking results.
Avoid at all costs!
A very helpful tip to any inventor if you want anything produced use a Company in China as you will receive far better results for half the price.
